We collect information you provide when you create an account, build your wedding invitation, or contact us. This includes your name, email address, wedding details (bride and groom names, wedding date, story), guest list (names and phone numbers), and photos you upload.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Invitra service — to create and host your wedding invitation, manage RSVPs, process payments, and send service-related communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on servers hosted in the cloud. Photos you upload are stored on Cloudflare R2 object storage. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

4. Guest Data

Guest information (names and phone numbers) you add is used solely to help you manage your guest list and send WhatsApp invitations. We do not contact your guests independently or use their data for any other purpose.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details. Razorpay's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.

6. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication (via Clerk) and session management. These are essential for the service to function and cannot be disabled.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
