By creating an account on Invitra, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Use of Service

Invitra is a digital wedding invitation platform. You may use it to create, customize, and share wedding invitations. You are responsible for all content you upload and share through the platform.

3. One Account Per Wedding

Each account is limited to one wedding invitation. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent this limit is not permitted.

4. Plans and Payments

All plan payments are one-time and non-subscription. Plans have validity periods as described on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Razorpay and are subject to their terms as well.

5. Content Policy

You must not upload or share content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate this policy.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime or technical issues.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
